Two 3-year trustee positions were open, and three candidates were nominated: Dori M. Carlson, OD, of Park River, N.D.; Mitchell T. Munson, OD, of Highland Ranch, Colo.; and Lee Ann Barrett, OD, of Boonville, Mo. After a roll call vote, Drs. Carlson and Munson were elected.

Four other optometrists announced their candidacy for the two open positions: Andrea Thau, OD; Arthur Epstein, OD; Dr. Ellis (for re-election); and Dr. Buck (for re-election).
