I think that when we look at dry eye disease holistically, we have so much room for improvement, not only in diagnostics, but also in our therapeutic options. We have wonderful options today, and I'm so thankful that we have so many options. But not every patient can access these therapies. Some patients can't tolerate it. And so, even looking at our system holistically to improve access that patients have for these medications. Sometimes it's cost prohibitive and on top of it, having more options so that for the patients that can't tolerate the topical medication or you'd love to see taking patient compliance out of things. I can barely take a multivitamin every night. I forget half the time. And so, sometimes I laugh at myself when I ask patients to put drops in, you know four or five, six times a day because it's just not realistic to expect that somebody can do that. So, there's lots of room for more therapies, but also ways in which we deliver those therapies and how we diagnose patients.
