Bausch + Lomb introduced new surgical planning software for the Eyetelligence platform.

The software features a surgeon-focused app and a nursing-focused app that will allow access to patient and procedure data to enhance communication and improve workflow.
Additionally, the platform can connect with the Stellaris Elite vision enhancement system to store critical data and aid in surgical procedure analytics.
“In 2018, Bausch + Lomb launched Eyetelligence to help surgeons work smarter and more efficiently using cloud-based technology,” Luc Bonnefoy, president, global surgical, Bausch + Lomb, said in the release. “Building upon that vision, this new software allows surgeons to simplify the complex and time-consuming surgical planning process.”
