KOLOA, Hawaii — In this Healio Video Perspective from Hawaiian Eye 2023, Nicole Fram, MD, provides insight into how to fix a rotated toric IOL in patients with ‘dead bag syndrome.’
“In these cases, you might want to avoid putting rings and things in, if they are really dislocated,” Fram said. “Just take the whole thing out and do some sort of suture fixation or secondary IOL of choice.”
