VIDEO: Corneal changes in Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery

At the Kiawah Eye 2015 meeting, Ashley Brundrett, MD, presented results from a retrospective study that compared the corneal thickness of patients with mild to moderate Fuch's dystrophy before and after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery. There was no significant change in corneal thickness after femtosecond laser-assited cataract surgery.
