In this video, Julie A. Barta, MD, pulmonologist and assistant professor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, spoke with Healio about takeaways for oncologists from CHEST 2021.
“Lung cancer is a major multidisciplinary field where we work closely with all of our partners across the lung cancer continuum, from early detection to screening through treatment and survivorship,” she said.
Barta noted that the issues “highlighted at CHEST are also highly relevant to not only our medical oncologists, but our thoracic surgeons and our radiation oncologists as well.”
