In this video, Kelly K. Hunt, MD, FACS, FSSO, professor and chair of the department of breast surgical oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, highlighted topics in targeted therapies at the virtual 38th Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference.
“I'm really excited to hear of the targeted therapy options for patients that fit into different subsets within that big basket of triple negative breast cancers,” Hunt said.
Other areas of interest included increased movement in the field of targeted therapy options for patients and evolving strategies for triple negative breast cancer.
