In this video, Nancy U. Lin, MD, discussed abstracts in immunotherapy presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2020.
According to Lin, an associate professor at Harvard Medical School and clinical director of the Breast Oncology Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the further analysis of Keynote 355 may help elucidate the role of pembrolizumab in the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
Additionally, the analysis of biomarker data from the ASCENT trial may give insight into which patients will derive the most benefit from Sacituzumab.
