Leukemia specialist named Roswell Park’s medical director of infusion services

Eunice Wang, MD, has been named medical director of infusion services at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Wang will oversee infusion services on the institution’s main campus, as well as at its satellite clinics.
Wang — who joined Roswell Park in 2003 — will continue to serve as chief of leukemia.
“Dr. Wang is a fierce and attentive patient advocate, which makes her the ideal person to lead infusion services,” Candace S. Johnson, PhD, president and CEO of Roswell Park, as well as M&T Bank presidential chair in leadership, said in a press release. “Her passion for outstanding care will be a guiding force for this important clinical program.”
Wang’s research focuses on the development of earlystage clinical trials for acute leukemias and myeloproliferative disorders.
