Fox Chase Cancer Center appoints attending physician

Pankaj Sharda, MD, has been appointed attending physician in the department of medicine, endocrinology division, at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
Sharda specializes in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.
“It is an honor to become part of such a prestigious and well-established organization as Fox Chase Cancer Center,” Sharda said in a press release. “Through a comprehensive multidisciplinary and individualized approach that combines groundbreaking research with the latest treatment options, I am able to offer patients the care they need to achieve an optimum quality of life.”
Sharda completed an internal medicine residency at Atlantic Health-Overlook Medical Center, where he served as chief resident in his final year. He completed his fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at Temple University Health Sciences, serving as chief fellow.
