Eleven named ASCO fellows

Eleven physicians have received Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Oncology distinction.
The honor — bestowed during the 2012 ASCO Annual Meeting, held in June in Chicago — recognizes ASCO members’ extraordinary volunteer service, dedication and commitment to the society.
The honorees were Harold J. Burstein, MD, PhD; Nora Anita Janjan, MD, MPSA, MBA; Bruce E. Johnson, MD; Karen Kelly, MD; David A. Khayat, MD, PhD; Barnett S. Kramer, MD, MPH; Mark Norman Levine, MD; Thomas A. Marsland, MD; William C. Penley, MD; Richard L. Schilsky, MD; and Deborah Schrag, MD, MPH.
