VIDEO: Maui Derm case presentations highlight both traditional, changing psoriasis care

In this exclusive video, Lawrence F. Eichenfield, MD, a member of the Healio Dermatology Peer Perspective Board, discusses psoriasis case reports presented at Maui Derm 2025.

“It was nice to see case presentations as a way to go through some psoriasis data, and I think a way to highlight some of the aspects of both traditional practice and changing practice,” Eichenfield, chief of pediatric and adolescent dermatology at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and vice chair of the department of dermatology at University of California, San Diego, told Healio.

He noted that case presentations at the meeting detailed home phototherapy and different oral and systemic agents in psoriasis.
