We at Sinai give a lot of biologics, and of course you need the right patient for the right drug, but it is important the patient that has a disease in many areas of the body to understand that you cannot treat them just with topicals.

So, you know, when the patient comes to you, you don't start to to think, "Oh, body surface area more than 10% or less than 10%," but you immediately have an understanding whether it's involving multiple areas, and the rule of thumb is that if it involves multiple areas, it'll be hard to treat that patient or to control them just with a topical.

I mean, you can attempt it, but from my experience, many times it will not be successful. So you need to step up the game to really control successfully their age and the entire symptoms they experience.
