The 18th Annual CMHC: Social Determinants and Digital Advances in Cardiorenal Metabolic Health will be held in Boston from Oct. 18 to 21.

Healio and CMHC are committed to increasing provider knowledge and conversation around cardiometabolic health. The educational material curated by CMHC faculty is rooted in clinical evidence and is appropriate for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and any other health professional who encounters patients with the constellation of cardiometabolic diseases. The breaking news and virtual resources provided by Healio complement and enhance the in-person conferences from CMHC, making this a valuable collaboration.
Topics covered at the upcoming 18th Annual CMHC: Social Determinants and Digital Advances in Cardiorenal Metabolic Health include optimizing therapy for HF, hypertension, kidney disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, obesity, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia and more. The audience of clinicians will include cardiologists, endocrinologists, obesity medicine specialists, nutritionists, nephrologists, cardiorenal experts, primary care physicians and a host of other allied health staff.
Taking place at the downtown Boston Park Plaza, the 18th Annual CMHC will span 4 days of didactic lectures, interactive sessions, expert panel debates, audience Q&As and more educational opportunities delivered by CMHC's esteemed faculty.
