Ventricular Arrhythmia ECG 14

1. Ventricular tachycardia

This ECG shows a wide-complex tachycardia in a right bundle branch block pattern going quite fast (heart rate about 150 BPM). Note the morphology of the QRS complex in lead V6. There is a RS complex in this lead which is one of the morphology criteria to establish the diagnosis of ventricular tachycardia according to the Brugada criteria (see ventricular tachycardia revew below).
