Osler's Node

Osler’s nodes occur in the setting of infective endocarditis and represent immune complex deposition.

Painful nodule are seen on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. Osler’s nodes must be distinguished from Janeway lesions which are non-painful and occur from microembolization of the vegetation causing microabscesses on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.
