The American Academy of Neurology has issued a position statement for neurologists that outlines ethical guidance on issues related to consent for individuals with acute ischemic stroke.

At the end of 2017, with the demand for the use of biologics in orthopedics outstripping the science as well as the safety and efficacy information available, leaders of the Arthroscopy Association of North American, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the International Cartilage Regeneration and Joint Preservation Society formed the Biologic Association to provide high-level evidence to physicians and patients and to advance this treatment.

Thursday night was date night with my wife. We had a reservation at a lower Manhattan restaurant that takes months in advance to get a reservation. The night was a special evening for us. The multicourse meal was filled with amazing dishes with fantastic flavors and great scents and an amazing wine to complement the chef’s selections of contemporary Asian cuisine.
