Serplulimab

The addition of serplulimab to chemotherapy extended OS among patients with previously untreated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, according to randomized phase 3 study results.

CHICAGO – For patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a first-line treatment of serplulimab plus chemotherapy provided significant benefit and safety profile compared with chemotherapy alone.

The FDA granted orphan drug designation to serplulimab for treatment of small cell lung cancer.
