Patient complains of large, dark spot in vision of right eye
An 80-year-old white male presented to the eye clinic for a recent-onset visual disturbance. The patient reported that there was a large, black spot in the central vision of his right eye. He first noticed the dark spot the previous day and described his vision as being blurry. He denied any ocular pain or new onset of flashes or floaters.
Man experiences acute unilateral loss of vision
A 68-year-old man was referred to the New England Eye Center neuro-ophthalmology clinic for evaluation of acute loss of vision in the left eye.

A 43-year-old stay-at-home mom was referred to the Tufts New England Eye Center for a newly identified orbital mass and vision changes in her right eye.
Middle-aged man reports new onset diplopia
A 40-year-old African-American male patient presented to our clinic for his first eye exam with a complaint of new onset horizontal diplopia for several days. He reported it was worse at distance and when looking to his left. He denied trauma, headache, redness or vision changes in either eye.
