The American Psychiatric Association Foundation has named Rawle Andrews Jr., Esq., as its executive director.

The Ophthalmology Foundation, a nonprofit successor organization of the International Council of Ophthalmology Foundation, will provide educational programs and fellowships globally, according to a press release.
