Case 1: Selected Treatment
A young woman who has severe asthma, she doesn't have any biomarkers of too high or eosinophilic asthma, although, one test she could of done which is induced sputum or sputum eosinophils, that was not practical. The first initial test, she was never been treated with any inhaled corticosteroid. So in this case Sir, you might consider starting a medium dose inhaled called corticosteroid or a combination medication. And I started her on a combination medication inhale because they're not acting beta agonist.
