NEW YORK — In this video, Healio Pediatrics Peer Perspective Board Member C. Buddy Creech, MD, MPH, summarizes the “COVID corner” session at the Infectious Diseases in Children Symposium, including his own talk on outpatient treatment.

Creech is the Edie Carell Johnson Chair and Professor of Pediatrics in the division of pediatric infectious diseases at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and director of the Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program.

“What we talked about were a lot of things related to pediatric vaccines, how we manage long COVID, and how we think about outpatient therapy of children who are diagnosed with COVID,” Creech said.

Watch the video for Creech’s take-home message on treating pediatric outpatients with COVID-19.
