Adults with diabetes and neuropathy experience significantly more fatigue than those with diabetes and no neuropathy and people without diabetes, according to a speaker at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology annual meeting.

The findings suggest that diabetic neuropathy is the primary driver for fatigue among patients with diabetes. It was the top story in endocrinology last week.
