Healio appoints David Ruppel as senior vice president of analytics

Healio announced that David Ruppel has been appointed to the position of senior vice president of analytics, where he will focus on developing and expanding Healio analytics and audience insights.
“We are pleased to have David join us with his extensive business strategy, development and analytic experience,” John C. Carter, COO of the Wyanoke Group, the parent company of Healio, said in a press release. “He will lead efforts in creating innovative data solutions and providing insights into Healio’s specialty health care audience that will be critical in development of further enhancements to our platform.”
Ruppel previously worked for Underscore Marketing, where he developed systems to measure media performance among health care providers (HCPs) and provide competitive analysis.
His professional experiences also include work in digital media, product development and sales.
“I’m excited to join Healio and look forward to working not only with our internal teams but our many KOLs and client partners,” Ruppel said in the press release. “With access to so many medical specialists, I’m eager to harness insights related to the behaviors, usage patterns and conversion metrics needed to meet the evolving demands of our HCP audience and customers.”
