Demonstrated in this video is the identification of a clinically significant labral injury lesion in a disabled throwing shoulder undergoing surgical treatment.

According to John D. Kelly IV, MD, once the clinically significant labral injury lesion is identified, the glenoid surface is prepared with an elevator from the anterior portal while viewing from the anterosuperior lateral portal.
