KOLOA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii, Mark A. Mighell, MD, offered several tip and tricks for operative management of clavicle fractures.

“I’ve been doing this now for over 25 years,” he said. “Clavicle fractures always are a part of our practice.”

Mighell addressed topics such as preoperative imaging, surgical instrumentation, fracture reduction, plating techniques, bone substitutes and nerve damage.
