Orthofix Medical Inc. appointed Max Reinhardt as the new president of its global spine business, effective June 10, according to a company press release.
“I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the talented spine team at Orthofix as we continue to innovate and introduce differentiated products and procedurally integrated solutions to the market to solve complex spine problems,” Reinhardt said in the release. “I believe the company has a strong foundation and is well positioned for growth in the years ahead. Reinhardt, who most recently held a leadership position at Pacira Biosciences, will also join the executive leadership team of Orthofix and oversee SeaSpine, its global spine and biologics business.
Reinhart has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Steris and Olympus, and DePuy Synthes.
