Tyber Medical LLC has announced FDA 510(k) clearance of additional screws and plates and indications for its Mini-Frag plating system, according to a press release.

The Mini-Frag system, which is offered in titanium and stainless steel, is indicated for patients with fractures, osteotomies, nonunions and fusions of the hand, wrist, foot or ankle. The line extension includes 1.3-mm screws and plates for patients with smaller anatomies, according to the release.
