KOLOA, Hawaii — Felix H. “Buddy” Savoie III, MD, and Anthony A. Romeo, MD, spoke about the importance of leadership and service in the profession of orthopedics.

“I don’t really consider myself a leader. I just try to help out. I think if everyone looks at it in terms of ‘we are all in the world together and we are here to help everyone else,’ if you focus on that and not yourself, I think you are going to be fine,” Savoie said.
