Kern Singh, MD, has been announced as associate director of the division of spine surgery at Rush University Medical Center, according to a press release.

Singh, a minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgeon at Midwest Orthopaedics, also serves as a professor of orthopedic surgery and has been a faculty member at Rush University Medical Center for 18 years. Singh graduated from Jefferson Medical College and completed his orthopedic and neurosurgical spine fellowship at Emory University. He specializes in minimally invasive cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine, tumor and deformity surgery, according to the release.
