KOLOA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii, Sanjeev Kakar, MD, spoke about diagnosing and managing ulnar-sided wrist pain.
“First of all, 80% to 90% of this diagnosis is history and physical examination. You have to have a structed way of managing these patients,” he said. “So, what I do is I have a diagnosis based on history and physical exam, and then I use the MRI to rule in or rule out pathology,” Kakar added.
“The third key point is that when we are doing arthroscopy on these patients, we have to look at the fovea,” he added.
