KOLOA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii, William R. Beach, MD, spoke about importance of medial, lateral and patellofemoral alignment for the healing of ligamentous knee, articular cartilage and meniscal injuries.
“A couple of the big takeaways [were] articular cartilage [and] certain indications for allograft,” he said. “Alignment for all three – medial, lateral and patellofemoral alignment – is key,” Beach added.
