Demonstrated in this video is the site of a Levy 3 fracture proximal to the base of the acromion that occurred after reverse shoulder arthroplasty.
Michael D. McKee, MD, FRCS, chair and professor, department of orthopedic surgery at University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, demonstrates the fracture site with nonunion along the scapular spine after dissection.
