      WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii, J. Tracy Watson, MD, spoke about thinking in three dimensions for tibial plateau fractures.

      “The trend now is smaller fragment-specific fixation rather than large medial and lateral plates. It was interesting to challenge dogma in that we are going away from the standard Schatzker classification toward a more definite, fragment-specific column classification.”
