WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii, John M. Tokish, MD, spoke about moving toward an all-arthroscopic approach to bone blocks.

“The Latarjet procedure, while an excellent procedure, continues to lack adoption because it is a hard procedure technically. Yes, you can develop it to get to a point where you are good at it, but you are never out of the weeds with complications rates and nerve injuries. We’d love for that procedure to be better. The next step is the all-arthroscopic approach to osteochondral grafting,” he said.
