Paragon 28 Inc. has announced the launch of the Silverback straddle playing system for anterior, posterior and lateral approaches of primary and revision hindfoot fusion, according to a press release.
The Silverback straddle plating system is designed to be used with the company’s Phantom hindfoot fusion nail, according to the release.
“It is exciting to be the first company to offer an off the shelf plating system designed to supplement hindfoot nail fixation,” Matt Jarboe, chief commercial officer for Paragon 28, said in the release. “This should truly solve an unmet need for patients and surgeons,” Jarboe added
