Smith & Nephew introduces new series of pumps, arthroscopes and laparoscopes

Smith & Nephew has introduced a new series of fluid management and 4K surgical imaging technology for sports medicine surgeons, according to a press release.
The Doubleflo inow/outow pump and 4KO arthroscopes and laparoscopes are designed for use with the Intellio connected arthroscopic tower, according to the release.
“Smith & Nephew continues to expand its portfolio of arthroscopic enabling technologies to help customers maximize the value of their capital investments,” Scott Schaffner, senior vice president of global marketing and U.S. commercial sports medicine at Smith & Nephew, said in the release. “The Doubleflo pump and 4KO scopes represent the latest advancements designed to bring world-class performance to the surgical tower,” Schaffner added.
Both the Doubleflo pump and 4KO scopes are now available in the United States and Europe.
