Bioventus announces initial share pricing of Class A common stock

Bioventus Inc. has announced the public offering price of $13 per share for its Class A common stock, which is set to open on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol ‘BVS,’ according to a press release.

The company’s initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of Class A common stock is expected to close on Feb. 16, 2021, according to the release.
