DENVER — At the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Annual Meeting, Richard Yoon, MD, spoke about treatment options for proximal humerus fractures, specifically nonoperative fixation and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. He said reverse total shoulder arthroplasty is a promising treatment modality for proximal humerus fractures.
