The Core Institute announced the addition of Shad Siddiqi, DO, to its team.

According to a press release, he specializes in interventional spine, pain management, chronic pain and anesthesiology. Siddiqi is a member of numerous organizations , such as the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and the Islamic Medical Association of North America.

“We are very pleased to have Dr. Siddiqi join us,” David Markel, MD, The Core Institute’s Michigan market president, said in the release. “His skill set will compliment that of Dr. Michael Slesinski and help us provide an even better delivery of comprehensive spine care to patients with pain.”

Siddiqi has begun to see patients at The Core Institute’s office in Southfield, Michigan.
