EFORT

EFORT is celebrating its 20th anniversary Congress in Lisbon from 5 to 7 June 2019. In addition to the multidisciplinary scientific program developed by our dedicated science committee in close collaboration with our national societies and European specialty societies, we offer various sessions on hot topics. Samples of those topics include registries (main theme), the EU Medical Device Regulation or MDR and implications for our workplace. Hot topics are seen from the perspective of areas that impact the orthopaedics and traumatology surgeon in daily practice such as registries, MDR and value-based health care.

To ensure the opportunity to be part of this unique program is not missed and congress attendees can share in the networking benefits of this 20th anniversary congress year, EFORT has put in place some attractive registration promotions. Any delegate practicing in Europe — even if he or she is not a member of an EFORT National Member Society — will benefit from the member physician fee for Europe. This is a savings of about EUR 310 compared to the non-member fee. Similarly, for international delegates practicing outside of Europe, they may also benefit from the European member fee, which is subject to them first becoming international fellows of EFORT.

The annual international membership fee is only EUR 180. Save up to 130 EUR on the congress registration fee. All details about the EFORT International Membership Programme and how to join are found at The EFORT Individual Membership Programme section of the EFORT website.

Don’t forget to join the anniversary night at SUD Lisboa Hall on Wednesday 5 June that start at 19:30 – See how to book your tickets.
