Heraeus Medical Inc. announced that since Jan. 3, 2018, it has been selling the Palacos portfolio of bone cement products direct through Heraeus Medical LLC in the United States, according to a company press release.

“The company is extremely excited about the opportunity to support total joint surgeons directly in the U.S. in providing consistent, predictable outcomes with the potential for lower revision rates,” Andrew Williamson, PhD, Heraeus Medical board member, said in the release.
