VANCOUVER, British Columbia —  At the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Annual Meeting, Saam Morshed, MD, said a screening and treatment protocol for intranasal Staphylococcus aureus infection is important for reducing surgical site infections in patients who undergo surgery for fracture repair.
