Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, discusses a 42-year-old man who had mild, obscure back pain for about 5 years and various other problems. Following a biopsy of the patient’s extended tumor mass, the patient was diagnosed with a chordoma.
Varga shows how he planned the en bloc sacrectomy, soft tissue and bony reconstruction, and the lumbopelvic stabilization for tumor excision.
