NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. — At the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Annual Meeting, Andrew D. Duckworth, PhD, discussed clinical implications of two prospective, randomized clinical studies on operative vs. nonoperative management of olecranon fractures in elderly patients and the treatment of olecranon fractures with plate fixation vs. tension band wire.
