GENEVA — At the EFORT Annual Congress, Gazi Huri, MD, and Filippo Familiari, MD, discussed a study which looked at looked at whether acromioplasty was necessary for treatment of full-thickness rotator cuff tears. They said acromioplasty should not be considered a routine procedure for the treatment of rotator cuff tears.
