Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Cayenne Medical Inc.

Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., Cayenne Medical designs, develops and markets technically advanced soft tissue repair and reconstruction solutions for the knee, shoulder and extremities, according to a company press release.
