Vivex Biomedical Inc. has signed a long-term agreement with Arthrex Inc. According to an Arthrex press release, the partnership reinforces the shared visons of the companies to advance clinical, surgical and therapeutic patient care.

“This long-term agreement grows our relationship with Arthrex to a whole new level by significantly expanding the breadth of Vivex Biomedical products to be made available through Arthrex,” Tracy Anderson, chief executive officer of Vivex Biomedical, said in the release. “More importantly, the growing relationship between Arthrex and Vivex Biomedical reinforces our shared vision of enhancing the quality of patient care.”

This relationship reinforces the success of the development and distribution of BioCartilage by both companies through the University of Miami Tissue Bank.
