VIDEO: NSAID use not associated with added nonunion risk in humeral shaft fractures vs acetaminophen

ORLANDO, Fla. — At the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting, Nikolaos K. Paschos, MD, PhD, discussed results of a study that showed increased NSAID dose and prolonged duration of treatment was correlated with increased rates of nonunion in humeral shaft fractures.
