17th EFORT Annual Congress in Geneva — Poster sessions

Scientific posters will be displayed as wall print posters in a dedicated space within the Congress venue during the 17th EFORT Annual Congress. The accepted format is portrait DIN A0 format, which corresponds to the dimensions 1189 mm x 841 mm (46.8 in x 33.1 in).
The content should be structured as follows: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Discussion and Conclusion. Authors are welcome to add images, tables and detailed data to better document the information in the poster.
The upload of an electronic version of a poster that is confirmed for the Scientific Programme must be done by 29 April 2016. To do this:
- Go to the Poster Area of our website: www.efort.org/geneva2016/posters.
- Upload your poster with the login and code that was sent in the confirmation message.
Only posters successfully uploaded will receive a physical space for presentation at the Congress.
Presentation of posters will occur every day from 13:00 to 15:00.
Each poster is presented only once on one scheduled day of the Congress. Authors will receive the final schedule for presentation of their posters beginning in May 2016.
Daily set up of posters is to be done from 08:30 to 12:30. Dismantling is mandatory after 15:00. Posters not removed before 17:30 each day will be discarded. For any questions on-site, please contact the poster help desk.
Some authors will be selected for a short 5-minute oral presentation of their posters on-site. A detailed schedule of these presentations will be sent to the selected poster authors.
Poster presentations selected as best posters will receive a special distinction.
